It’s the prettiest house one ever did see – at least, that’s what I think.
We won’t talk about LA and their horrendous traffic problem (HERE), because we are here to ogle some property.
Back in 2011, luxury menswear designer Jeffrey Rüdes paid $8,2 million (R114 million) for the gorgeous Los Angeles mansion.
He and ex-wife Terre Jacobs planned to move their family into the home at some point, but after their divorce, those plans were scrapped, reports Business Insider.
What a pity.
Now, with the amenities of a four-star hotel, the luxurious mansion is up for sale at a hefty price of $45 million (R626 million). Casual.
Unlike other homes of the wealthy, this one is tasteful, stylish and so flippin’ palatial I want it.
Here’s what we know:
- The property’s main house is around 13,400 square feet
- It has seven bedrooms
- Including its guesthouse, the estate has a total of 20 bathrooms.
- It was once owned by Ed Limato, a talent agent whose clients included Denzel Washington, Richard Gere, and Michelle Pfeiffer.
- It has a pool room and bar, a full-size tennis court, home theatre, wine cellar and ventilated cigar room and a Moroccan-style spa with a massage room and gorgeous hot tub
Take a look:
Can we have a moment to appreciate that hot tub?
Right, off you go.
