Kate Upton is one of Sports Illustrated’s current crop of swimwear models, and it’s not hard to see why she’s so popular.
We know she won’t be working with Guess creative director and co-founder Paul Marciano any time soon, her revelations of sexual harassment at his hands making waves last week, but she was working in Aruba recently.
Doing her utmost to nail the kind of shot that graces the Sports Illustrated Swimwear cover, Kate was perched on a rock.
As you might have guessed, it didn’t end well:
Shame, that actually looks rather painful. Here’s her recounting the incident with Sports Illustrated:
“I really saw the vision for the photo, but as I climbed on the rock I did look down and was like ‘this is going to end badly,'” she said…
“I felt like I was laughing in the face of death”.
You see, people, modelling isn’t for the faint of heart.
