Tired of writing for the same old audience? Feel like you need to change it up a bit?

Maybe you’re just in it for the money.

Whatever the reason, this could be the job for you: a Content Editor at a Cape Town-based media house.

No, no, before you get all excited, it’s not a job at 2oceansvibe.

Rather, it has been listed by ManpowerGroup SA, the leading global workforce solutions company whose side you’ll want to be on during the trying time that is job seeking:

    Keen? Like, R30-grand-a-month keen?

Here’s a description of what the job entails:

Looking for an online content producer to publish stories live.

You will curate the best stories from our local and international media partners, copy taste, write headlines, select and add videos and images, post on social media and send news alerts to our readers.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the South African news agenda and its audience, sharp copy-writing skills and a strong eye for news imagery. An interest in the South African entertainment landscape is an advantage.

If you have all the requirements waxed, then I am sure you’ll be hitting the 30K mark – check out the full job spec here.

However, if curating news is just not your thing and you’d rather just keep on reading 2ov for your daily dose of what’s happening in the world, upload your CV HERE to get noticed by the country’s best employers.

You can also check out what else is on offer HERE.

If you’re a business or organisation looking for the perfect fit, you can find the best of the best in terms of employees by using the experts, too.

You see, ManpowerGroup has been recognised – for the eighth consecutive year, nogal – as a World’s Most Ethical Company by the Ethisphere Institute, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices.

Also recognised as one of Fortune Magazine’s 2018 World’s Most Admired Companies for the 15th year in a row, they have ranked second for the most admired company in the diversified outsourcing services industry.

They’ve nailed it, and here’s hoping you do too. Be confident – you got this!
