Located in Sydney’s southern suburbs, “Nautilus” lies on edge of the foreshore of Burraneer Bay, which is kind of like Port Alfred on steroids.
And, well, so is the house.
In 2016, it took home the prize of Australia’s ‘home of the year’, and it was last reported to be worth more than $10 million (R115 million).
The seven-bedroom, six-storey mansion overlooks the water and even comes with its own bowling alley, home cinema and bar, reports Business Insider.
But that’s not all.
Owned by entrepreneur Steve Shelley, the house occupies four plots, and also includes two separate guest pavilions, 20 bathrooms, six kitchens, a gymnasium, a cellar, an underground tunnel and music room all built to exacting and luxurious specifications.
There’s even parking for 20 cars, three elevators, and it has its own private beach:
