He might not be rocking a dad bod, thanks to his insane fitness regime, but Sir Mick Jagger is still a dad at the end of the day.

An embarrassingly adorable dad, of course.

When the Rolling Stones rocker isn’t hitting up the gym, he’s busy trawling his 19-year-old son Lucas’ Instagram account, and dropping comments on his photos, reports Mashable.

And believe me, he goes into full-on Dad Mode with his comments.

Let’s take a look and chuckle at poor Lucas’ expense:
