There’s awkward, there’s super awkward, and then there is this mess from San Diego.
You have to feel a little sorry for meteorologist Dave Scott (not The Kiffness guy), who was sent by news station KUSI News to cover an event called The Inflatable Run back in April.
Something tells that his heart wasn’t in it, because what you’re about to see has been dubbed by VICE as “quite possibly the most awkward on-air interview ever recorded in modern history”.
I know that sounds over the top, but the first two minutes of this clip is almost unbearable:
The only thing that saved him was the half-human, half-inflatable Mr Wacky, who seemed lank amped on life.
But then Scott asked everyone to do their best Mr Wacky dance, and it all came crashing down once again.
