We all know Chris Pratt can be extra at times, if his Ice Challenge video is anything to go by.
At the annual MTV Movies & TV Awards ceremony that was broadcast on Monday, the Guardians of the Galaxy star turned up his own extra levels to 100.
I mean, how many film stars do you know how to include poop in a speech and make it sound intellectual AF?
Pratt was honoured with the MTV Generation Award and gave a diverse address to the audience at the Barker Hanger in California, according to a report by IOL:
After thanking his fans and his five-year-old son Jack – who he has with estranged wife Anna Faris – the 38-year-old star spoke to the “next generation” to offer them “nine rules from Chris Pratt, Generation Award winner.”
These nine rules for life offer advice about everything from embracing your faith to being a good person.
Sounds legit. Then we get to rule number seven, but I don’t want to spoil the fun.
Hit it, Pratt:
There you have it, folks. If you know anyone who struggles to hold it in at a party, Pratt can show them the way.
