This Canadian heist gone wrong is so oddly entertaining that you have to wonder if maybe you haven’t wandered onto a slapstick film set by mistake.
That’s what these customers probably thought to themselves when they saw this failed escape go down in a convenience store in Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada.
Per a GQ report, security footage from the King Street Reddi Mart shows a security guard confronting a dodgy-looking couple who were allegedly using stolen credit cards.
That’s when the man decided to nope out of the situation in a very unsubtle way, and it all went downhill from there.

Credit where it’s due for that ‘straight back on your feet’ mentality, but professionals, this duo was not.
