Sports for who?
So far, Meghan Markle has pulled out stunning looks for all sporty occasions, from her elegant white number at Royal Ascot to opting for casual wear at Wimbledon.
This time around, the Duchess of Sussex outdid herself with her latest outfit at the Sentebale Polo Cup on Thursday.
No, it wasn’t a tuxedo. That’s a big no-no in Prince Harry’s book.
Check out Markle’s latest display of fashion sense:
Polo? What polo? All eyes were on Markle, to be honest.
The Telegraph has got the deets on the royal’s ensemble:
[Markle], supporting husband Prince Harry at the event at the Royal County of Berkshire Polo Club, wore a classic, Fifties-style dark denim dress with a crossover bodice, belted waist and slash pockets in the full skirt- a look which emulates the mid-century chic look she has been borrowing from since her marriage in May.
The dress, from Carolina Herrera, one of Meghan’s favourite American fashion houses, will cost more than £2 000 [R34 585] when it reaches retailers.
But rather than carry a handbag with a four-figure price tag to match, the Duchess chose a £44,00 [R761] rattan half-moon clutch from J.Crew …
She completed her look with Tom Ford cat-eye acetate sunglasses, Birks blue topaz earrings and nude Aquazzura bow-backed pumps. With polo matches now high on Meghan’s agenda, she’s mastered a casually elegant mix which works.
Even while she was cheering on her man from the stands, Markle looked elegant for days:
She couldn’t keep her goo-goo eyes off him, especially after his team won the competition:
The pair pretty much threw subtlety out the window after Markle presented the trophy to the team captain.
