Every celeb is bound to end up as a meme at one time or another, and this week it’s Elijah Wood’s turn.

The man most famous for his part in The Lord of the Rings was out and about in Austin, Texas, on his electric scooter on Monday, when novelist C. Robert Cargill snapped a picture that is obviously meme-worthy.

There was no way social media wasn’t going to have a field day with this:

There’s so much to love, but for me, it’s the impish grin and the entjie hanging out the side of his mouth that really make the picture.

Still, maybe he should have stuck with Vespa – their electric scooter will be out soon and is far more handsome.
