Muizenberg has long been touted as an up and coming area, and over the past few years more and more first-time property buyers have dipped a toe in the water.

Not sure I would call Muizies paradise on earth, but at least there’s the chance of seeing Dale Steyn surfing pretty much any day he isn’t playing cricket or fishing.

Not bad, but you’re definitely paying a premium for the proximity to the beach.
For a point of comparison, here’s a R3,5 million flat in Sea Point.
