Just when you think you’ve heard the last of Joe Exotic, Carole Baskin, and the rest of the Tiger King misfits, another story rears its head.

Earlier in the week, an Oklahoma judge ruled in favour of Baskin and her company, Big Cat Rescue Corporation, which meant that she now takes ownership of Joe Exotic’s old zoo.

In response to the ruling, a Twitter account associated with Joe Exotic tweeted this:

Whilst Baskin would have been basking in her court victory, along with her supporters (those cool cats and kittens), she won’t like the recent comments by the Sheriff in charge of investigating her former husband Don Lewis’ (pictured up top) disappearance.

Don Lewis’ ex-wife and children allege that they were cut out of his will in favour of Carole Baskin.

Now, speaking about the case to Florida news service 10 Tampa Bay, the Sheriff in charge of the case has revealed he’s certain Don’s will was faked.

“They had two experts deem it 100% a forgery,” Chad Chronister explains.

He adds that, since so much time has passed, they’re not able to take any legal action over the will – but says the investigation into Don Lewis’ disappearance is very much still open.

To reiterate a point made in the show, the will had a clause that said everything would go to Carole in the event of a disappearance, which many legal experts have said is extremely abnormal.
