KWV CEO Boyce Lloyd will be replaced early after a furore erupted following his wife’s appearance on the kykNET reality show Die Real Housewives van die Wynlande.
He will be replaced by John Loomes as CEO of KWV from next month. KWV was however too quick to point out that the move was part of a “carefully orchestrated leadership transition”.
No mention was made of the fallout after his wife’s behaviour on the show, which was seen by some as a garish flaunting of wealth.
Anita Lloyd had some strange opinions about the poor, and said she would jump from a building if she was poor. Good thing she’s not. Then she couldn’t shove her money in everyone’s face.
Look at me, I’m so rich. Must be nice.
She also claimed to regularly fly to London just for a Harrods shopping trip. Something the farmworkers in the Boland, who are according to reports not so lucky, will never know.
True wealth whispers Anita.
