Everyone has a friend with a cool party trick. Whether it tying cherry stems with their tongue or being able to lick their own forehead, these tricks never get old or get less squeamish to watch.
With the Rugby World Cup fast approaching us, we’re all about the rugby, and so an ‘old’ video of Ex-Springbok captain Jean De Villiers has been pulled from the archives to give you that little bit of Uggh to get your day going.
Jean is no stranger to injuries, and after having played more than 100 tests in the green and gold, his body must be akin to a rickety jenga set.
At 42, Jean prefers golf’s fairways these days as he gives his battered body a well-deserved rest. But it seems the damage is done as he shows off his ‘good knee’ in a video taken by erstwhile Springbok great, John Smit.
