I shudder to give Kanye West air time, but alas, perhaps we need to talk about the freaky control he has over his wife Bianca Censori, who has only ever appeared as property alongside him, never speaking, always shimmying towards being fully naked.
The public has only ever seen the 30-year-old Australian model at Ye’s side in various stages of undress, and this year’s Grammys red carpet look was probably the most shocking to date.
For music’s biggest night, the 47-year-old musician-turned-fashion designer wore his typical all-black outfit with sunglasses and a diamond chain, while Censori — who went from being his employee to his muse to his spouse — arrived in a black floor-length fur coat. On the red carpet, with his subtle approval, she dropped the coat to reveal her naked butt behind a completely sheer mini dress of his design.
A lip reader told the Daily Mail that West encouraged Censori to “make a scene.”
“Drop it behind you and then turn,” he supposedly demanded before she disrobed.
She then turned around and put everything on display, as she was not wearing any undergarments. AKA, this is NSFW:

The couple were apparently attempting to recreate West’s Vultures 1 album cover artwork, but the jaw-dropping display on the Grammys red carpet quickly prompted the police to escort the pair out of the event.
The scandalous antics may have also cost Kanye a $20 million international concert deal, reports PageSix.
According to the Daily Mail, the rapper was slated to perform two shows at the Tokyo Dome in May, but after his wife bared all on the red carpet at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena Sunday night, those financing the gigs are strongly reconsidering.
“The investors in Japan who are backing the concerts are extremely upset by this. It is highly likely that they will pull the funding for the shows,” a local source told the Daily Mail Monday, calling the “stunt” — which “has been greeted with horror in Japan” — “creepy beyond belief.”
The source explained that the country is currently experiencing “a cultural awakening about women’s rights,” noting that “what he did is being seen as an act of coercive control, which is utterly unacceptable.”
“He has completely culturally misjudged Japan,” the source continued. “He has greatly misjudged the tolerance of the Japanese people toward these activities. He’s just not welcome anymore.”
The source reckons that Kanye is just “f–king up every opportunity that comes to him” and thinks “this will be a big blow for him because he has been living in Japan for around a year now, almost full time.”
The internet, too, erupted with outrage, branding the incident “lewd and disgusting”, while many voiced concern for Censori’s well-being.
Kathy Griffin, the two-time Emmy Award-winning comedian, commented on the level of control that Ye seems to have over his wife and how his history of misogyny doesn’t do him any favours.
Someone commented with some rather poignant observations:

West married her in December 2022, just one month after finalizing his divorce from Kim Kardashian, with whom he shares four children. Yes, we all notice how Censori has been made to look more and more like Kim, too.
Shame, Bianca, take your voice and your agency back. Everyone wants to hear what you have to say.
