Shopify has shut down Kanye West’s website after he posted dozens of antisemitic rants online and sold swastika T-shirts under his fashion label.
Visitors to yeezy.com were greeted with an all-white screen and the words, “Something went wrong. What happened?” Something seems to have gone wrong indeed.
It’s unsure how many swastika t-shirts were sold in the two days they were available, but Shopify was quick to point out:
“This merchant did not engage in authentic commerce practices and violated our terms, so we removed them from Shopify.”
Kanye West’s talent agency, 33&West, has also dropped him as a client, and his agent, Daniel McCartney, posted to Instagram that the agency was done working with West “due to his harmful and hateful remarks that myself nor 33&West can stand for.”
The cancellation of Kanye did not end there, and on Monday, even his @kanyewest account on X showed: “This account doesn’t exist.” The final message posted to West’s account was:
“I’m logging out of Twitter. I appreciate Elon for allowing me to vent. It has been very cathartic to use the world as a sounding board.”
Even the self-proclaimed guardian of free speech seems to have had enough of Kanye’s verbal diarrhoea, saying “Not because I don’t believe in free speech, but because he’s posting literal porn on the timeline. Given what he has posted, his account is now classified as NSFW. You should not be seeing that anymore.”
Following the Grammys naked dress drama, Kanye went on a 12-hour tweeting spree which included gems like “NEVER APOLOGIZING FOR MY JEWISH COMMENTS” and “IM A NAZI”, as well as pleas for Donald Trump to pardon Diddy.

Following the tweeting blitzkrieg, and perhaps after getting some sleep, Kanye wrote: “I would never sell a swastika tee because people could be physically harmed wearing it … I love my fans and supporters.” Okay, but you did sell swastika tees, remember?
Celebrities, Jewish groups, and anti-hate organisations have all had it in for Kanye since he began spewing antisemitic, homophobic and misogynistic hate speech via his X account to his more than 32 million followers. The final straw seems to have been the $20 swastika T-shirts.
Kanye West used his Super Bowl ad to drive millions to his website, where he’s selling swastika t-shirts. Kanye’s domain is registered by @GoDaddy; his website is run on @Shopify.

Despite being cancelled by almost everyone, the internet is not done with Kanye yet, and in response to his shortlived t-shirt sale, someone put together an AI advert that pretty much sums up the feeling among Hollywood’s Jewish celebs.
Kanye has previously stated that he has autism, which has fueled some of his strange public behaviour and made him “obstinate and argumentative.” He also claims to have been “misdiagnosed” with bipolar disorder but stopped taking medication as it was “blocking his creativity”.
Whatever is going on, Kanye seems to be unravelling faster now and the guy needs to get help. Schnell.
