Assuming the stoners of California remember to leave the house today, they’ll vote – successfully – to pass Proposition 19, which will legalize marijuana in the state.

Says the video:

500,000 Californians have been arrested in the past ten years for marijuana possession.Mostly minorities and the poor.

$1.8 billion a year is wasted policing marijuana users, when we could be using that money to fund jobs, healthcare, and public safety.

We can stop the insanity in California, and lead the nation in a new direction.

It’s time to end marijuana prohibition and legalize marijuana. Vote Yes On Proposition 19…Tuesday, November 2.

Now, that is a little disingenuous – because the motivation buying accutane online behind legalizing pot isn’t about funding jobs, healthcare or public safety. I know, I was shocked when I realized too. What it is about, however, is modernizing laws to reflect the codes and conventions of a 21st century society; laws based on puritanical conceptions of morality are outdated and should be treated as such.

And why is this important to us over at 2oceansvibe, you ask? Marijuana isn’t going stop being illegal here just yet, no matter what they do over in Californ-i-a…Except  you know the saying, “If America coughs, the world catches a cold”?

Well, what happens if America tokes?
