Producers of a South Korean girl band are claiming that the egg-hatching singer has snatched parts of their song. They claim that her new single “Born This Way” shares “similarities” to one of the songs they wrote.

When the single was released month it was immediaately criticized for sounding very much like Madonna’s “Express Yourself”. But Gaga says that it’s rubbish and that Madonna has even endorsed her.

But now the production team called “E-Tribe”, who have produced a song for the girl group “SNSD”, called “Be Happy”, are crying foul over Gaga’s new single.

An E-Tribe representative says he’s going to contact Lady Gaga’s publishing label to get to the bottom of this. But I strongly doubt that much will come of it. One generic pop song sounds pretty much like another. And even if they do sue, they’ll settle out of court and Gaga will still be rolling in the green stuff.
