World’s First Zombie-Proof House

Maybe some out there think that the whole “zombie” thing has become a bit passé, but they are, of course, wrong. Now the whole "vampire" thing, that's passé. That is why when I saw this house, I felt obliged to share it with you, the good readers of 2oceansvibe. Welcome to the world's first zombie-proof house, a cube of concrete that closes in on itself.

Maybe some out there think that the whole “zombie” thing has become a bit passé, but they are, of course, wrong. Now the whole “vampire” thing, that’s passé. That is why when I saw this house, I felt obliged to share it with you, the good readers of 2oceansvibe. Welcome to the world’s first zombie-proof house, a cube of concrete that closes in on itself.

“The Safe House,” designed by KWK Promes, is probably the closest thing you’ll actually get to a zombie-proof house.  The designers said of the house:

The most essential item for our clients was acquiring the feeling of maximum security.

I think that what we have here are some very paranoid clients. But if you are that paranoid, perhaps being sealed in a concrete cube is just the sort of thing you’d want.

The house has only one entrance, located on the second floor, and to access it you first have to cross a drawbridge. So that should keep even the wall-scaling undead out.

I don’t know about this place. I mean I can understand safety and all, but imagine the mind of the guy who commissioned it. A creepy place it must be.

What I can say for the house though, is that Osama would still be alive if he had one of these.
