In Russia, things are a little different from how they are here. Building codes don’t really mean much, and ‘health’ and ‘safety’ are simply two unrelated words. So it didn’t really come as a great shock to see a video like this coming out of the Communist block.
Here’s a suggestion for anyone who wants to do some DIY demolition work: Don’t. Get someone who’s qualified.
