Lamborghini is synonymous with ostentatation. But this concept super car may be one step too far, and only Lamborghini would have the cajones name it “The Egoist”.

The Egoist is a birthday present from Lamborghini to Lamborghini to celebrate its 50th anniversary. This spaceship-come-F1 car, has one seat, four wheels and 600 horses of power.

Head of design for the VW Group, Wlalter De Silve said:

It is designed purely for hyper-sophisticated people who want only the most extreme and special things in the world. It represents hedonism taken to the extreme, it is a car without compromises, in a word: egoista.

The cherry on top is the idea that the driver has to remove the steering wheel before entering or exiting the car, after you have opened the ‘door’. According to Lamborghini, this is based on the premise of a fighter jet. Imagine asking somebody on the side walk to hold the steering wheel while you exit your car?

Our mind is telling us to hate it, but we can’t help what the heart wants.
