This little guy was spotted on the fence of a Russian prison, with what appears to be cellphones and chargers strapped to his body. The cat was spotted by patrolling guards of a Russian prison. This is a new and interesting method to receive goods on the inside.
The incident occured on Friday at Penal Colony No. 1 near the city of Syktyvkar in the Komi province, northeast of Moscow. Details are still furry regarding the delivery address of the cat’s package.
