Two divers came very close to becoming whale food. The humpback whales were lunge feeding and as they reached the surface, they had a very close encounter with the divers.

While diving near Central California’s Souza Rock, two divers came a little too close to becoming whale food. The humpback whales were lunge feeding and it probably would not have resulted in the divers landing in the whale’s mouth. It is still a very scary experience.

The incident was filmed from the safety of “Magic” boat.
