Dan Nash, the editor-in-chief of bangersandnash.com is currently in the United States with Cape Town band Red Huxley who are recording their first studio album at the Rancho de la Luna in Joshua Tree, California. They raised enough funds to get there through a KickStarter campaign. Nash is documenting the journey.
The studio is owned and run by rock legend Dave Catching who is a member of The Eagles Of Death Metal. Some of the world’s most prolific bands have been recorded in the studio by Catching.
Bands and artists like the Arctic Monkeys, Queens Of The Stone Age, Dave Grohl and Eagles Of Death Metal have called Rancho de la Luna home while they let their creative juices flow.
