And it will be split three ways. Which means at least three people will be practicing their jetski back flips for the rest of their lives. Two of the three Powerball winners were from New Jersey, and one in Minnesota.
Because three tickets matched all six numbers, Powerball officials said the three winners would split the $448 million jackpot equally. The numbers drawn were: 05, 25, 30, 58, 59 and Powerball 32. The odds against hitting Powerball’s six-number jackpot are over 175 million to one, which makes a straight up three-for incredibly rare.
