These drones are becoming more and more popular by the minute. If they’re not delivering you beer at OppiKoppi or sushi in Japan, they’re probably filming you taking a piss in the field at Rocking the Daisies, or at the first US Bull Run in Virginia.
Unfortunately for the crowd at the bull run, the operator of the drone lost control, and the octo-propellor drone crashed into the crowd. According to the video above, it “hit a dude in the face”, while the local sheriff’s office reported four or five people with minor injuries.
Should people operating these things at public events not have to get a license of sorts? Let us know what you think in the comments.
