Okay, okay so last week we may have been a tad off with our predictions, but after the Bok win we were happy to forget about the multiple and rather revel in the joy of getting one over the Aussies. That said, we have had a report from one happy camper who signed up using the 2OV voucher code (see below) who placed a R180 bet last weekend and won R3,600. You don’t sniff at that kind of conversion, my friends.

The Bulls put in a pretty solid performance to see off the Cheetahs, and you have to admit that even though the heartache continued for Bafana against Zimbabwe, it was an encouraging display against Botswana.

A new weekend of sport means a new opportunity to have a little dabble and possibly make yourself a decent return whilst you’re at it. We here at The Compound believe that these types of multiple sports bet should never be taken too seriously. We’re not talking about massive amounts of hard-earned cash here, people. We’re simply saying you might want to consider throwing a R100 at a range of possible results. The thing is, doing so will also keep you interested in what might ordinarily be just another bottom of the table English Premier League clash.

So this weekend we have put together multiples based on the possible results of two Currie Cup matches and three Premier League matches:

    Cheetahs vs Lions
    Bulls vs Western Province
    Hull vs Cardiff City
    Everton vs Chelsea
    Fulham vs West Brom

There are eight different win/loss permutations with the odds ranging from 25 – 1 to 100 – 1.

For example, if the Cheetahs beat the Lions in Bloemfontein, Bulls win against Province, Hull (playing at home beat) Cardiff, Chelsea win away against Everton and Fulham beat West Brom at Craven Cottage, your R100 would win R2,500 at 25 -1.

For the more daring, why not have a dabble on the Lions to beat the Cheetahs, Province to beat the Bulls, two draws in the Premier League and West Brom to beat Fulham at 100 – 1?

One of these weeks a bet WILL come off and you don’t want to be the fool who didn’t take part.

If you haven’t already registered, do so here. It literally takes 2 minutes, just make sure to send through copy of your ID.

    Good Luck!
