The record-breaking winter chill in America has swept over Niagra Falls, almost stopping it completely in its tracks.
Tuesday set the all time record for cold in the Niagra Falls area, with temperatures dipping as low as -18 celsius, and with the wind chill sometimes forcing it down to as low as -28.
