‘Attractive Convict’ Internet Meme Doesn’t Dig The Attention, Sues

Meagan Simmons, known on the Internet as the “Attractive Convict,” gained notoriety for her 2010 DUI mug shot, last year.
Her mug shot was used in memes that made rounds across the web last year, and she’s making the news again, this time for suing InstantCheckmate.com. She claims in her lawsuit that the site used her image for advertising and commercial purposes, without her permission.
Here are a couple of the memes that gave her the tag of ‘Attractive Convict.’
