There’s a number of brewing companies and older US industries that some in South Africa won’t be familiar with, but there are some recognisable logos and brands that are embedded in our everyday lives.

Shell Oil – Logo first used: 1904

Levi Strauss & Co. – Logo first used: 1886

Johnson & Johnson – Logo first used: 1887

Heinz – Logo first used: 1869

Peugeot – Logo first used: 1850

Stella Artois – Logo first used: 1366
