Coming across like a really good dude, Chinese multimillionaire Chen Guangbiao proclaimed to the underprivileged of New York that he would buy lunch for 1,000 people, while also handing them each $300.
The problem was, only 250 people got the lunch at a swanky New York restaurant, while the others missed out. Oh ya, and no one got any money.
