Fear of the unknown seems to take effect, even on the King of the jungle. Kevin Richardson, also known as the Lion Man, started this Youtube Channel, LionWhispererTV to create awareness for his cause and shot this epic video of two of his lion friends, frightened by a drone.

Kevin Richardson’s Wildlife Sanctuary’s mission is to provide a self-sustaining African carnivore sanctuary for the purposes of wild species preservation through education, awareness and funding, especially pertaining to the rapid decline of large carnivores in Africa due to habitat loss, human-predator conflict, unscrupulous hunting, disease and their illegal trade.

When he brought in the quadcopter to get some rad footage, one of them didn’t take it too well. This is what Kev says about their experience:

Meg and Amy are very intrigued by the quadcopter and the GoPro gang who are flying it! Meg’s curious and playful personality shines through as she fearlessly chases the noisy flying machine in the sky. Shyer Amy stays close to me, slightly more wary than her sister.
