A nine-year old girl accidentally killed her shooting instructor on Monday morning.
After firing one shot of the Uzi, the instructor, Charles Vacca, decided she was ready for more, and told her it was time for ‘full auto’. The girl then pressed the trigger, but the gun’s recoil sent the Uzi over her head, where it then shot Vacca in the head.
“You can’t give a nine-year-old an Uzi and expect her to control it.”
True story. I can’t agree more with Mr Ronald Scott, who is a firearms safety expert. Why a nine-year old even needs to be learning how to shoot a sub-machinegun is beyond me.
