Stephen Hawking has gotten involved with the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, which must mean that EVERYONE has now participated in the internet phenomenon.
Hawking decided to show his support for ALS (being a victim of it himself), but didn’t actually take the cold shower himself because he had pneumonia last year and it “would not be wise” according to Hawking. You can’t argue with the man’s logic.
Instead, he passed on the challenge to his children, who were more than willing to take one for the team.
