The World’s Most Expensive Apartment Costs R2.9 Billion [Gallery]

This is the most expensive apartment in the world... Is this a bit excessive or is it your perfect dream home? Check out the gallery to see the apartment you'll never be able to afford.

This is actually quite ridiculous. Here we are complaining about property prices in Camps Bay, which is all relevant, but take a look at this beauty for a casual R2.9 billion.

That’s 2.9 BILLION.

Good joke hey?

The apartment on the top of luxury tower in Monaco could be listed for €210 million, making it the world’s most expensive penthouse if it sells for anywhere near that price.

Now now, you pay for what you get: a 5 floor home with ample space and glass walls throughout the whole apartment. There is even speculation of a private pool with a slide – every boy’s dream!

Reckon they can make a zip-slide from there into the ocean? And a massive human-slingshot? And a platform to base jump from? I guess a helipad will suffice if that is all a bit farfetched.

Okay, enough words, rather have a look at the gallery, read the full story on liveinriviera.com, and dream on.
