If you want a house with a great view, it either needs to be on the top floor of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, or hanging off the side of a cliff.

Wait. What?!

Yes, that’s right. Imagine having your home literally drilled into the side of a cliff, hanging over the ocean.

The Australian real estate firm Modscape has done just that.

The house would be held in place by engineered steel pins, drilled into the rocky cliffs.

The five-story home boasts three bedrooms, a living area, kitchen, and double garage. There’s also a floor dedicated to a jacuzzi and barbecue area.

Huge floor to ceiling windows would ensure the best view of the ocean, ever.
