For some bizarre reason, a popular Australian man took his private plane to the pub instead of driving, but he didn’t save much time because he taxied on the ground all the way there. Talk about not committing…
The man, who is said to be quite a “legend” in the small town of Newman, drove his prop plane down the main road in the town, passed some schools, and pulled into a parking spot at the bar, like it was no big thang.

Police arrived at the Newman Hotel to find a Beechcraft two-seater plane sitting inconspicuously in the carpark. After discussions with witnesses and securing the CCTV footage, they are now speaking with the owner of the plane who is said to be a 37-year-old male.
And in classic Aussie style, the other police districts began cracking some jokes once the news got out:
