You remember your first iPod, right? It looked like this…
… and it could hold about 40 000 songs with its 160GB storage capabilities. It was the iPod Classic, and, sadly, Apple “retired” the Classic in October.
Chief executive Tim Cook said the company no longer had access to the components and a redesign would have been too demanding.
This means that soon there will be no more available to buy from shops, which in turn means that their value will skyrocket.
Already, the Classics are being sold upward of £670 on Amazon.
Why? you ask… Well, the Classic could come with 160GB of storage, and the biggest capacity iPod you can get now is the Touch, with only 64GB of storage space. That’s why.
If you want to grab a Classic before they vanish FOREVER, you can hop on over to Gumtree and buy one HERE, HERE or HERE. And then you can sell it in a few months time and make even more money. #win.
