There’s something about holding a firecracker in your hand that makes you want to behave like a naughty little rascal. All of a sudden everything becomes a target and ‘Operation Cause Mass Destruction’ commences.
Well you know what should be on your list of things NOT to blow up? A manhole, which was a lesson this little guy in China learnt the hard way. The five-year-old can be seen enjoying a spot of rollerskating (they still exist?) when the urge to cause destruction became too much. He dropped a firecracker into a nearby manhole but failed to follow rule numero uno…run like shit.
Thankfully he survived with only minor leg injuries which, when you watch the above video, seems like a pretty lucky escape.
