Last year I made a heart out of LEGO. I thought it was the greatest thing ever, and people were fairly impressed. But imagine how this team of twelve must feel now that they have completed a life-sized, fully furnished caravan built entirely of the little building blocks. And the crowd goes wild.
It measures around 2.2 meters tall and 2.6 meters long and replicates a “teardrop” style caravan. It was built for the Motorhome & Caravan Show 2015, with the hopes of creating “something truly unique to celebrate 130 years of leisure caravanning”. Adorable.
They used a total of 125 158 individual bricks and the furnishing includes a sink, fridge, convertible bed and even food and utensils. But, it’s all LEGO. I’d much rather stay in a comfy room with real food.
