The latest PR ploy by the Kardashian’s this time involves the 21-year-old Bieber and 36-year-old Kourtney. Apparently, whenever they are near each other they flirt constantly and “text each other all the time.”

But the incident that caused the rumours of the two’s relationship to fly across all tabloid sites was this Instagram pic – and mores specifically the caption – that Justin posted:

If you’re unsure what exactly that may refer to, “Lord” is the nickname of Kourtney’s ex, Scott Disick.

But here’s the question, where the f is Justin’s hand? Although the two have reportedly been spotted together at various places and parties, the picture is definitely photoshopped.

So Bieber, a close friend of the Kardashian Krew, provides the perfect PR coup for Kourtney—a hot pop star whose latest album, Purpose, was just released to critical and commercial acclaim.

Each member of the Kardashian/Jenner is as crazy as the next and I wouldn’t put it past Kris Jenner to have set this whole thing up. And by the way, Scott Disick was at the Klan’s Thanksgiving celebration, so….
