UFO Fans Sit Down Before Reading This – CIA Released Images Of UFOs On Their Website [Video + Images]

The CIA has done something you wouldn't think: declassified a whole lot of UFO files. But is their timing a bit too much on the suspicious side?

The CIA have decided to go X-Files on your ass and have released a whole lot of UFO files on their website. They have released hundreds of documents, ultimately declassifying them, from 1978 that detail the Agency’s investigations into UFOs. The documents primarily date between the 1940s and 1950s. And they even wanted to be nice to UFO fans:

To help navigate the vast amount of data contained in our FOIA UFO collection, we’ve decided to highlight a few documents both skeptics and believers will find interesting. Below you will find five documents we think X-Files character Agent Fox Mulder would love to use to try and persuade others of the existence of extraterrestrial activity. We also pulled five documents we think his skeptical partner, Agent Dana Scully, could use to prove there is a scientific explanation for UFO sightings.

How cute? One report said:

Less than 100 reasonably credible reports remain ‘unexplainable’ at this time. It is recommended that CIA surveillance be continued.

It is strongly urged, however, that no reports of CIA interest or concern reach the press or public.

Oh, but look at that: the new X-Files has just been released. Next up? Proof the world is round.
