If there’s one minister who should be hanging his head in shame at the moment it’s Minister for Higher Education and Training Blade Nzimande.

You may remember him from the #FeesMustFall protests last year, when he casually mocked students protesting with a hashtag of his own (HERE). Just watch that video and try to convince me that this man isn’t a complete knob – actually don’t bother, that ship has sailed.

One thing he has certainly done during the recent campus unrest is make himself scarce, although he emerged from hiding this morning and sent this tweet:

    askblade

Right, you know where this is going don’t you. Twitter attacks:

    askblade2

    askblade23

    askblade234

    askblade2345

    askblade23456

    askblade234567

    askblade2345678

    askblade23456789

Somewhere out there a poor soul is furiously sifting through all the insults to find a real question for Blade to answer. At least they must be having a laugh whilst doing that, those students turned away from tertiary institutions across the country due to exorbitant fees won’t find it as easy to chuckle.
