There are many people who currently wish they could delete themselves from the internet (think HERE and HERE), but it looks like British band Radiohead have beaten them to the punch.
Having had an active Facebook and Twitter feed fans are now greeted by barren accounts on both fronts.
Facebook for example has all the content removed:
And Twitter was cleared of all tweets, except for one from a few hours back that directs to this Instagram:

The band’s singer Thom Yorke has also deleted all the tweets from his personal Twitter account, @thomyorke.
What can this cyber vanishing possibly mean?
Many fans of the British alternative rock band have been speculating that Radiohead’s disappearing act heralds the release of a new album.
Of course it does – what record label is going to allow their contracted musicians to delete any trace of themselves online without some ulterior motive?
Still, it beats Kanye going on one of those annoying three day rants in a pathetic effort to sell more albums.
