I’m sure at one point or another you’ve caught a little shuteye at work, whether it’s to recover from a large night or to pass the hours of boredom.

The key is not to get caught by your boss, but if you are this may well be the best case scenario.

Richard Branson was visiting a Virgin Australia office when he saw an employee catching a kip, so he decided to have a little fun.

Here’s TIME with Branson’s reasoning:

“I popped into the office and the airport to say hello and check in to see what the team are up to. This guy wasn’t up to much at all – I caught him sleeping on the job! Wow, did he get a shock when I woke him up,” the billionaire wrote. “He must have thought he was dreaming because he went straight back to sleep. To be fair, he was on standby, getting some much needed rest.”

Well that seems fair, let the man rest while you do your thing Dicky.
