Another year, another Burning Man.
Celebrating 30 years since the birth of the concept – which eventually found its way to our own version of a desert, Tankwa Karoo – this year, the temporary city saw more of the craziest artwork, trippiest techno, and more naked people than ever – if that is even possible.
Over 70 000 burners arrived in whatever manner their privilege provided, attempting to define a counter-culture that includes celebs and the elite of Silicon Valley.
When our very own AfrikaBurn happened earlier this year, we showed you what it was like – HERE – but unfortunately it can’t really compare to the original.
