“The Best Actor In The World” Has Now Been Spotted In Constantia [Video]

Last time we caught sight of him, “the best actor in the world” was turning tricks in Somerset West.
But he was soon arrested, for his tricks involved using his “talents” to impersonate a disabled person in order to solicit donation, reports TimesLIVE:
Wayne Dyason‚ the city’s law enforcement principle inspector‚ said at the time that officers were told that the man‚ who “appeared physically disabled”‚ had been “aggressively” begging from motorists.
“He was charged with impersonating a disabled person and obstruction‚” Dyason said.
Tsk, tsk.
Now, after a stint in jail, the actour has been spotted back in the Constantia area and clearly hasn’t learnt his lesson.
