Guys, today’s the day we have all been waiting for.
This year is the 10th anniversary of Apple’s iPhone and, with that, the company is expected to host the most “anticipated iPhone launch event yet,” explains CNET.
Of course, we have heard all the rumours – read the latest here – but being nine hours behind and all we’re going to have to wait for 7PM this eve.
In addition to the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 PLUS and iPhone X rumoured to be released, there could be deets on the “4K Apple TV, a final version of iOS 11 and more details on the forthcoming HomePod” up for grabs, too.
Oooooh.
Here are all the details for the official Apple streaming:
- When: Tuesday, September 12 at 10 a.m. PDT [7PM local time]
- Where: To watch the event live, head to this Apple page.
- How: To watch the live stream, you’ll need an iPhone, iPad, Mac (Safari only), Apple TV or Windows 10 PC (Edge browser only). Owners of second-, third- or fourth-generation Apple TV set-top boxes can watch the keynote from the Apple Events channel.
If you are looking for a continuous update and commentary from an outsider, CNET will be attending the event in real life at Apple’s new campus and live-blogging as the event unfolds.
Here are the details for CNET’s live coverage:
- When: Tuesday, September 12 at 9 a.m. PDT [6PM]
- Where: Here’s the link to their live blog and live show
- Who: Connie Guglielmo, Scott Stein, David Katzmaier and Roger Cheng will be at the actual event to bring you live news, photos and commentary. Lexy Savvides, Patrick Holland and Brian Tong will be hosting the live show starting at the same time.
Two screens, Butler’s pizza and some Wolftrap Syrah and I’d say you’re sorted for this evening.
