Jozi Driver Refuses To Hand Over Car During Hijacking, Wrecks Car Instead [Video]

Most people would be overcome with fear when a gun was pointed in their direction. This driver, reportedly in Johannesburg, had other ideas.

Put a gun to my head and I’m handing over the keys. I dunno, maybe that makes me part of the problem.

One person who wasn’t going to become another crime statistic without a fight is the driver of this car.

The incident reportedly took place in Johannesburg in July, and has been shared by the rather oddly named Autobumbum page on Facebook.

I suppose it had the desired ending, and the driver escaped unharmed, but I’m not sure I would recommend this as the go-to approach.

The real winner here is the panel beating industry:
