I would hate to be the person responsible for running Spree’s Facebook page right now, because it’s turned into a bit of a bloodbath.

Most online retailers’ Facebook pages are frequented by customers having a gripe (it’s what we humans do), but it appears that customers have finally lost the plot with Spree.

Beginning to see a pattern here.

You know what’s coming in the comments section on the August 29 post, don’t you?

Without going too deep into the wormhole, their most recent Instagram post has a fair few gripes on it, too:

We know that Spree and Superbalist recently announced a merger, but it’s surprising to see one of the country’s premier online retailers being dragged so hard for their customer service.

I guess we will keep an eye on things to see if the situation improves.
